Insurance
I accept most Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Aetna Insurance Plans.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Does my employer offer EAP benefits?
- Will my insurance provider reimburse for out-of-pocket services?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services for bundled sessions ($500.00 for 6 sessions)
Payment
Cash, check, HSA and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not given sufficient notice, you will be held responsible for the missed session.
